Our story
Pro-Steam Plus started in 1993 with one van and a simple idea: show up when you say you will, do the work properly, and charge what you quoted. That was enough to build a business on then, and it still is.
Three decades later we run out of our Kelowna shop on Appaloosa Road with call centres in Vernon and Penticton, covering the valley from Armstrong to Okanagan Falls. We have had plenty of chances to franchise the name or sell to a national outfit. We did not, because the moment you do, the person in your living room stops being accountable to the person who answers the phone.
Our customers have cleaned their carpets with us through three houses and two generations. Some of them still ask for the tech who cleaned their first apartment.
